The standard work phone provided to employees by MEB is a Samsung Galaxy xCover5 with a MEX-mobile plan.
A MEX-mobile plan includes a KI phone number (08-524 xxx xx and a mobile number) and 10GB data per calendar month.
All work phones is for work related use only and must be returned to MEB IT if you change phones or on the last day of your employment at MEB.

When you activate the app and are prompted to enter your phone number, enter your MEX-mobile number (+467XXXXXXXX). You will then receive a new SMS with an activation code, to enter into the next field. If you did not receive any SMS or accidentally deleted it – contact KI central IT Heldesk
- Search for numbers to users within the switchboard solution (KI staff).
- Call other users.
- Manage your referrals.
- Manage your voicemail.
- Change the display of outgoing number to, for example, your mobile number or secret number.

Voicemail
To listen in, call 989. From abroad, call +468 52 486 499. You can also access your voicemails in the Telia Touchpoint Plus app. You are encouraged to record a personal greeting so the caller is sure they have reached the right person before leaving a message. To do so, dial 989, and then:
- press 5
- read your phrase
- press 0
- hang up
Referrals
Automatic referrals through calendar connection will work as it does today. You make all manual referrals in the TPP app.
Speed numbers
You can dial speed numbers, 5 last digits in a KI 08-phone number, but your full number is displayed when you make calls. In the future, it may be helpful to save local contacts with the full-length number in the format +4685248XXXX
KI email on your smartphone
Conference calls
For WiFi on your smartphone, please use KI Guest (password are posted around MEB, for example in the conference rooms)
Telephony related purchases
For other brands of mobile phone, extended mobile plans or phone related accessories; an email must be sent to it-support@meb.ki.se on what mobile phone you want to order/what kind of mobile plan is needed.
Remember to include a project number for the cost of purchase/mobile plan and to cc: the email to the approver for that project number if it is not they who sends the request.
