You will then receive a new SMS with an activation code, to enter into the next field. If you did not receive any SMS or accidentally deleted it &#8211; contact <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/selfservice.ki.se\/sv-se?_ga=2.239882375.503977657.1685427135-921116474.1654838191&amp;pk_vid=f70b91562e20d7291685518106e8962a\" target=\"_blank\">KI central IT Heldesk<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Search for numbers to users within the switchboard solution (KI staff).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Call other users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage your referrals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage your voicemail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Change the display of outgoing number to, for example, your mobile number or secret number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Touchpoint Web<\/strong><br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.meb.ki.se\/sites\/meb-it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2023\/06\/Get-started-with-Touchpoint-Web.docx\">Manual<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Voicemail<\/strong><br>To listen in, call\u00a0<strong>989<\/strong>. From abroad, call +468 52 486 499. You can also access your voicemails in the Telia Touchpoint Plus app. You are encouraged to record a personal greeting so the caller is sure they have reached the right person before leaving a message. To do so, dial 989, and then:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>press 5<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>read your phrase<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>press 0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>hang up<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Referrals<\/strong><br>Automatic referrals through calendar connection will work as it does today. You make all manual referrals in the TPP app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Speed numbers<\/strong><br>You can dial speed numbers, 5 last digits in a KI 08-phone number, but your full number is displayed when you make calls.
