If it involves visualizing and\/or analyzing data, preferably using a computer, I&#8217;m probably interested in it.<\/p>\n<p>My current projects involve<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>cervical cancer, HPV infection, and vaccination,<\/li>\n<li>surveillance of infectious diseases using self-sampling,<\/li>\n<li>demographic data cleaning and processing,<\/li>\n<li>simulating cancer screening,<\/li>\n<li>meta-analysis and Mendelian randomization around cardiovascular disease,<\/li>\n<li>other stuff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I have previously dabbled in data analysis for gene expression microarrays in breast cancer, mass-spectrometry proteomics for lung cancer, next-generation sequencing for esophageal cancer (notice a trend?), generic multiple test adjustments, exploratory geostatistics and fish.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I am a statistician working with biomedical and epidemiological data.
