Who should attend?

The workshop is aimed primarily at statisticians and epidemiologists working with population-based research, particularly those with experience in working with data from registers and/or large cohort studies. A degree in statistics is not a prerequisite; researchers who do not consider themselves epidemiologists or statisticians, but have a strong methodological background and interest in the topic, are most welcome. We encourage Phd students in biostatistics and epidemiology to apply.

We ask all applicants to include a short motivation when registering to enable us to tailor the workshop to the background and interests of the participants. We also encourage participants to submit abstracts related to the workshop theme, see Submit Abstract for more information.
